tach signal wire and best tires for sc400

i just need some help finding my tach signal wire for an sc400 because im trying to instsall a head up display.

im also trying to get peoples insight on tires. i want the best tires i can find for grip. winter summer fall and spring.

We have a wheels and tires section, so you can get more insight there, and you can get tach signal from your ignitor, just look for a fluctuating signal, test with a multimeter.
