Default Hit the dyno for a baseline [pics]

Today I brought the car to Adam's and got a baseline. It was a tad less than the 180-200 range that I had guesstimated but still not too bad.

Check sig for mods

Johnny compared my results to other stock/built non-turbo 3.0L and mine was above the rest so I guess that's a good thing.

I'll be installing the rear main seal soon, as well as a new PS pump, and getting the read diff serviced.

After all that is done, I'll either order the kit or start piecing one together.

Nice baseline for a NA motor. I have to ask, What does that large hydrualic cylinder on the building beam above your car do?

looks like a garage door opener but at the same time it looks to short for it.

its not above the car as you can see the hood is behind it meaning its in the foreground.
would have been a nice camera trick if it wasnt for the hood giveaway

I can tell where it is, Just wondered what it does. I been in a lot of different industrial plants and have never seen a beam with a cylinder arangment like that. Maybe part of some sort of frame straiting rack?

Doesn't look like any frame rack i've ever seen, but its a possibility it would be very industrial. Usually frame racks only have vertical beams that slide...
