Default emissions for patches

Well its time to renew the title for my ride only problem is the shop i took says it won't pass smog for either cali or az. i know the fuel filter is bad (haven't changed it since i bought the car) and i possibly burnet through the cat. the question im asking is for any one that has gone na-t do you still have your exhaust manifold that i could use to pass smog.

Here is what i did sofar, replaced the old radiator/universal fan jerry riged to work, went to ecology and found out that the 90 ls400 radiator fan clutct fits the 2jz water pump.(score!)
