I believe you should only use the gte hg only if you have gte pistons. Otherwise, a cometic hg with arp studs.

gte headgasket and arp head studs. It will drop your compression low enough so you can use your turbo at 15+psi. you should be about 9.2:1 i think so you'll be good for about 20psi-ish.

TT HG good for 400rwhp reliably. 2mm good for 450rwhp reliably. 3mm good for up to 600rwhp reliably. These are not facts, Lol.., but just what you see most of.

Cometic, Greddy, etc.. Same sht.

No piston required. TT HG is 1.3 or 1.4mm if I recall, and much thicker than the paper thin GE HG. I think it results into a 9.2:1 c.ratio and it should be good for up to a low boost of 400rwhp reliably. If you want more, do a 1.8mm, or a 2mm 450rwhp. That's hella power already considering you're doing more of city/highway driving.

Your tranny's another issue. What are you planning to do about that?

go with hks ,greddy or stock gte headgasket. I've ran 40+psi on a hks headgasket with arp studs.

ARP headstuds and GTE headgasket going in here.

You can use oil but I'd suggest using the ARP moly lube that comes with them. The instructions on the headgaskets say you can use either (and offer torque specs for both) but the instructions on the ARP main studs say to only use a moly lube and that oil is not recommended. If they say that for the main studs, I'm going to use it on the headstuds too.
