Cool Sc400 engine stutter

Hi everyone. I have a 93 Sc400 that I just recently saved from being sent to a scrap yard.... I have completely fixed all the damage to it so to my question.... It was running fine since I got all the repairs done to it about three weeks ago... Since then I have cracked my radiator, already have a new one. But as of about a week ago I get this dreadful stutter when accelerating... At first I thought it was the transmission by the way it felt, so I did the little quick flush two quarts out of time.... Then it started shifting way smoother and low a behold the stutter comes clumping back.. Mainly when accelerating from a dead stop at lights with rpms around 1300+ then stumble, stumble, more pedal then goes away. No problems oddly at 60mph and up though? I also notice I have lost alot of power, but no engine light yet? The car has 101k on it now.. starts and idles perfectly fine.. any help would be greatly appreciated this is the first import car I have ever had... Thanks!

Low RPM hesitations seem to occur with the 400. Some say its the MAF, which you might try spray cleaning it. Of course you should have a new fuel filter, which can be a hassle to change. If I ever pull my intake manifold to change the starter, Im going to get my fuel injectors cleaned and flow rated. P.S make sure no vacumn line leaks.

I recently went through this with my '97, turned out to be a fraying coil wire. Give that bad boy a tune up and it'll be good I'm sure.
