loose braided hose in engine compartment

Default loose braided hose in engine compartment

After doing full maitenance on my engine I finaly figured out that loose braided hose that been in my engine compartment is atached to fuel rail. What is it purpose ?

Can you be more specific? Is the car modded? Does it have any aftermarket gauges? There shouldn't be any fuel lines going into your car unless it goes to an aftermarket fpr gauge.
