Default AEM EMS wiring assistance needed

Hey I just bought an AEM EMS 30-1040 and Honda Pigtails, I unfortunately don't have the funds to buy pNp AEM EMS that some vendors are offering. Maybe when I get out of school I can be a baller, but until then I got to make due with what I have...

Hopefully when this headache of a project is over I will do a complete step-by-step write up.

Well anyways I got some questions that I hope everyone will help me tackle.

1. Do we have to hook up the Permanent +12V or is this only for data Logging? (on the 2001 ECU pinout connector B1 is entitled " EFI Relay Battery power" <----- is this the wire that we tap it into???)

2. I see that there are 2 +12V switched, to my understanding on is for the injectors and on is for the coils? Am I right in that both +12V need to be hooked up and can be taken from the same IGN Switched?

3. On the Honda Pigtails I got from ebay, the CrankShaft and Cam sensor wires were shielded with the "sensor ground" pin from the AEM EMS side, do you think it would be necessary to run a shielded ground around these wires?

4. Do all wires just need to be "tapped" or do we need to cut some wires and just hook them up to the AEM EMS and "bypass the ECU? (ie coil #1, coil #2, coil #3)

5. Fuel pump relay does that need hooked up dirrectly to the Fuel pump or does it hook up to the ECU wire "Fuel Pump Relay"? Is there an external relay we need to use?

Here is a list of all the wires (I think) need to be hooked up PLEASE ADD OR DELETE from the list!!!!

Injector #1
Injector #2
Injector #3
Injector #4
Injector #5
Injector #6
Coil #1
Coil #2
Coil #2
Power Ground 1
Power Ground 2
+12V Switched 1
+12V Switched 2
Vehicle Speed
Cam Sensor
"Timing Ground"
Crank Sensor
"Timing Ground"
Permanent +12V
TPS (throttle position sensor)
Coolant
AIT (air intake temperture)
MAP (<--- hook this from a GM 3bar sensor not the ECU)
