What did you use and how much did it cost?

Does anyone see performance gains from a certain setup?

This quote got me wondering about how much gain can be had through a certain setup.

"The stock Y pipe is the weak point of the 1JZ turbo system. You can achieve 350HP at the wheels just by upgrading the Y pipes. 1 pipe is for each turbo setup. This kit goes from each turbo all the way down to the stock CAT location."

Is this just a sales pitch?

Just wondering what everyone did, how much it cost, and whether they think they went the right route or gained/lost HP from their setup.

i'm using this JDM home made lookin 3" dp that came with my swap lol :thumbup:

to think i almost ordered one before i bought my swap :)


i was actually lookin at that ypipe/dp combo as well, i was dead set on getting a ypipe since i plan on sticking with stock twins, in the long run my DP was free and i'm just moving on to other mods..
