Speedo Problem?

Hey, my car has 2jzgte motor in it but what would cause the speedometer to be off. It will say im going 80 but really im doing 65. Any solutions. Where to start looking for problems.

I'm not sure, but if you put in the Supra rear end, would that cause it to be off?
