Default SC400 1UZ Hyd cool fan pulley removal - how?

I've pulled some pulleys from my 1UZ in my 92 SC400. Got some rust I wanted to blast and paint. I have a three arm puller on the hydraulic cooling fan pulley and the pulley isn't moving.

I don't want to just keep cranking and distort the pulley. Am I missing something, or should I just keep cranking?

I have to look at mine but might be easier to remove the entire pump? Spray it down with the liquid wrench and give it another go.

I've got the rad out, so lots of room. I'll give it a blast with penetrating oil. I'd prefer to not remove to save having to replace the gasket. I'll practice with the engine I have on a stand and report back.

Yep a little penetrating oil, patience and another 1/4 on the puller did the job.
