hi guys, my 1995 sc400 has a big problem, when i turn on the ac the car works fine but after a while when i turn the ac off the car dies in middle of the road, had to put it in parking and restart the car, did u guy have this problem before or what could be the problem here, please i appreciate the help, thank you very much!!!!!!!! T_T

Had that happen to me once in my 400. Scarred the crap out of me, the car never stalls... Good news is, (I hope...) it fixed itself and hasn't happened since.

your a/c compressor could be locking up on you when you turn it on...if it happens to you again while you drive just put it in neutral and start the car..

ooo, thanks guys, but how can i fix the problem? any solutions??? is it the alternator???? just wondering, appreciate the help !!!!!! n_n

hey that happened to me last week also! jeez i thought i was the only one . It was only after i used my air also.Mine died on me as i was comming to a stop
