Removing the side bearing from a differential center is almost impossible without fouling the carrier bearings and rendering them useless. So, no, you can not transfer the carrier bearings.
Installing new carrier bearings requires a press. The parts are <$50 in new shape. Getting new ones is a good idea anyways when you are spending that much money to have a nice, new rear end.

P/N? go to the dealer and tell them you need diff bearings for the sc300 or its a toyota dealer ask for the n/a or tt auto bearings.
i recently did a tomei lsd in an SC. the tomei didnt come with bearings either. nissan ones do though...weird. the bearings were 55 from the dealer. that also list. if you have a hook up cost is probably in the 40's.
if you have a press then cool. if you dont, go to a machine shop and have them put it on. about 10 mins of work and about 20 bucks.
