Performance Shops in Georgia

Guys I know that this has probably been asked and answered but does anyone have any information on reasonable performance shops in GA?

The only one I can find is Mahdavi Motorsports, but they are charging an arm and a leg. To just start my 2JZ-GTE swap for my 92 SC300 they were saying 5,500. Not including the piping, etc...

Any information will be greatful.

Motor comes from a friend who had rear end damage on his supra. I have the auto tranny and motor just sitting in my garage.

The best shop in GA is Batlground Engineering. Their Supra went 8.58 @170mph on drag radials, and this was back in 2003. Daniel Willie is AEM certified, and can tune ANYTHING, whether it be Haltech, Motec, Electromotive, etc. Custom in house fabrication, AWD Dynojet, the works! The site is www.batlground.com

They're the only ones I would trust with a swap and anything related to a 2J. The other ones don't have experience that Batlground does. They build pro cars. and have been doing it for a long time. Dan even has an engineering degree from GA Tech.

btw, here's their website: www.topspeedsales.com

The new home of AAP Motorsports. Builders/drivers of the 2007 NDRA Unlimited Street Tire champions and 2006 Pro Street Tire champion Supras (best time 8.19@166mph), and are currently campaigning 3 Supras in this year's series. Just another option for you. We are lucky to have so many great choices in Georgia!

That tru. I got the prices from both shops. I'll give these guys a call tomorrow for the prices.

Preciate that

Yep, Topspeed is a great shop. Doug tuned my AEM on a previous car and did a great job. Drivability was as good as stock.
