Default GE power steering pump support bracket... orientation?... Need help today!

OK CL... I desperately need your help. TX2K8 is next week, and I'm dropping motor/tranny in the car today. (I know... I'm not well prepared for the event given time remaining) Anyway, I pulled off the power steering pump support bracket, and I don't know which way it's supposed to be oriented.

Here's a picture of the bracket. Notice the end on the left is asymmetric; the other end is symmetric:

It goes under the intake plenum and connects the plenum support to the power steering pump:

Unfortunately, it isn't obvious (to me) which end goes forward or aft, and I can't install it once the motor is in the car. The DaveH plenum is too big to work around. Oh... I also need to know how the bracket is clocked.

Could someone please take a look in their GE engine bay and reply? It should only take a few minutes. Unfortunately, I need this info today as I must have the car running before the end of the weekend.

Thanks CL! Please help!
