Default Anyone using a transmission temp gauge on their SC4?

Im interested in getting an Autometer Cobalt transmission temp gauge for my 92 SC400. I have installed them before on Dodge diesel trucks - but those had huge tranny pans. I was wondering if there's enough clearance on the pan to insert the temp. probe so it won't interfere with anything. Thanks

Is your car stock? Do you think it is necessary?

Yeah its pretty much stock now with the exception of a BFI. I plan on a TC w/ tranny cooler soon. In the not so near future a SC and full exhaust w/ headers. I thought having a temp gauge for the tranny would be beneficial plus it gives some peace of mind.
