Default Troubleshoot my SC400??

My symptoms are both the Trac Off and Check Engines lights are on while the motor is running and the motor is running very rich.

For some reason I cannot check the codes. When I go to turn off the motor and then key on to check for codes, none of the lights come back on until the motor is started again.

The motor runs very smooth and revs great. I cant test drive it because its on stands right now, but besides the problems above everything looks and sounds great.

I have checked all my vac lines, changed plugs, wires, caps and rotors.

I did do the fuel pump mod..could this be the prob?

The only other thing I was thinking was it could be a front O2 sensors, but it wont let me check codes.

Anybody?

Cmon guys, this is getting crazy!!

Is this the correct way to read 92 SC400 engine codes?

I cleared the ECU and the car ran like a dream for the first few starts, then I go to start it and bang, it runs really rich and I get the to engine lights.

It has to be an O2, but how do I know which one?

I CANT GET THE CODES READ....WTF!!!

Ok, so Ive changed all the O2 sensors and even unplugged the MAF with still the same results.

The car runs insanely rich and holds an idle of 1k rpm's.

Could I be looking at a bad main ECU?
