back seat arm rest panel, driver side, very easy to access/replace

Get in the back and take the top and bottom rear seats out (bottom pulls up, top is bolted towards the bottom), take off the rear door panel (armrest thing), and there it is. Maybe a half hour job if you don't know what you're doing. No special tools, just a metric socket and ratchet set and phillips screwdriver.
