what is the highest RWHP and RWTQ on a SC400 or GS400? Naturally Aspirated of course. no nitrous no turbo or supercharger.
also what set up was aquired in making that power?
what is the norm for a stock SC400? vvti and non vvti?

The most I have seen on any 1UZ is in an open wheel full race car out in Australia. It makes 534hp @8400rpm. The motor is totally kick ***, but would cost a mint and needs to be rebuilt every 1500mi: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=324229
In a street car, the Aussies probably have the distinction of the highest hp n/a 1UZ. On pre-VVTi motors, the Aussies can get 180+rwkw (~250rwhp) from the 1UZ with cams, ITBs, headers, and a piggyback. For that price, you are better of doing a simple supercharger set up. Four cams that was practically one off are not cheap at all. ITBs take both skill, time, and money. Nevertheless, you can defintely eclipse 250whp all motor...but that is not easy at all.
Check out PlanetSoarer. That is the Aussie Soarer forum. There is lots of info on the ITBs, cams, and whatnot. Last I saw, someone had 197rwkw in n/a form...but he has spent enough to get that turbo kit from Eric.

I'm actually very interested in seeing what you guys have done to obtain more power on the NA motor.

Here is the right one: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=324229
I was missing the last digit. I will edit the previous post.
The cheapest n/a mod for a savvy car guy with lots of time and energy would probably be a high compression 2UZ with cams on the stock SC400 ECU. You would have power to 6250, torque off idle, and an altogether kick *** motor. David Pham at Lextreme made like 240whp on his 2UZ with cams...and he is operating ~8.5:1 compression to take the boost from his two turbos. 12:1 pistons on early version 1UZ rods, a 2UZ's 4.7L of displacement, cams, and the stock ECU would not burn a huge hole in the pocket if you were able to do every last bit of work yourself and had the time...and, it would make a ton of power.
