altanator help asap

Angry altanator help asap

Im trying to pull my altanator off of a 93 sc300 got the top bolt off but the bottom one looks like a very small torx head bolt, is that what it is if so any one know what size it is so i can go buy or borrow one. need to know asap so i can finish pulling this off and go get a new one.

The top and bottom bolt should be the same. I didn't notice a difference as I used the same ratchet for the top and bottom. There is a bracket under there so make sure that isn't what you are removing.

Moved to 'Engine section'

The bottom 'bolt' is actually a stud w/ a torx on the end.
which is what you see. A 14mm nut screws on the stud
to hold the alternator.
