Search "6.8uF 50V" on ebay. About 36 cents per piece.

Just got done installing the 97s and the capacitor mod. As soon as i hit the brake, the tail-light failure indicator came on. In the video posted before, i didn't see this happening. I checked all the lights and they are good. Any insights?

I know I already pm'd you the answer, but for reference yes the bulb failure indicator light will go on. In that video, I didn't press on the brakes yet and that is why it wasn't on.

Just take the cluster out and put some black tape over that bulb

Thanks dude. That's no problem. I've pulled out my airbag bulb already too.

I finally fixed my annoying hyperblink

Instead of using 6.8uF 50V capacitor, I used 4.7uF 50V in conjunction with stock 3.3uF 50V.

Works really nice!

Oooo electronic components... I buy these things all day long for work. Mouser.com is a good source for small quantities because they do not have min order requirements. If you guys need any other electronic components let me know. I'd be happy to help.

I found a 6.8uf 50V radial cap that should work for this... see below:

Part Number: UVR1H6R8MDD
