SC400 Radiator and Electric fan conversion?

My car is a 1998 SC400 and my radiator just formed that typical leak at the seam where the two tanks meet. Time for a new radiator.

I found a nice write up on a Koyo radiator replacement. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=225485

I'm wondering if there is a decent Metal or stainless steel radiator replacement that has an electric fan and possibly tranny cooler all together in a nice package. Or if there is a compatible package i can assemble in order to replace the hydo fan assembly now in the car.

I dont really want to stick stock and go through this again in the future. Especially since i'll be drag racing in the hot summer days this season.

the factory fans move a lottt of air. i havnt seen much for aftermarket radiators that have tranny coolers built in.

your best bet is to get a nice aluminum radiator, and a seperate trans cooler. as ugly, and bulky as the stock fan is...if its a DD i'd suggest keeping it.

Sorry, didn't know if a broken radiator would get put in "performance" even though I want to exchange it with a performance part. It's a gray area.

Do the Koyo radiators drop right in? I had to skim the thread do to it's length. Or is there a better radiator that can be dropped into the SC400? Lexus Quoted me $700 to buy a new one and have it installed. for $550 the Koyo seems better quality than stock and about the same price.

As for the electric fan. I'm not sure I want to go that route anymore. Jibby's Long thread sort of pushed me away from electric. Sure the stock fan takes up room, but I wont be going Turbo. I think I'll be going the Eaton Blower Route.
