Default Grille Tech - Gas Saver, Power Increaser Real or Scam

Saw this on ebay:

SAVE GAS +16% HP IS300/SC300/SC400/SC430 +31% MPG by Grille Tech

The dealer has 16,000 happy customers, but nobody claiming that the claim is actual.

Has anyone tried it?

I'm sure there will be sceptacism...

This was originally conceived as the Tornado Fuel Saver.
Think about it, $20 piece of metal for a claimed 16% boost in HP would put a SC300 at 261HP
~$2000 1JZ-GTE swap, 280HP resulting in a 25% boost in power over stock form.

We see a $1880 price difference over a 9% power margin. Don't you think this thing would have caught on if it actually worked?

For you I suggest this read.
