is it a USDM 2jzgte or a JDM 2jzgte.....hell it doesnt even matter. do a search. if you bought a motor and didnt do your research on how to install it then you are useless. you know what works.....you dropping that motor of at my house and ill put it to better use.

EDITED: sorry im pissed i just got scammed by a guy via paypal.

if it a usdm harness it doesnt need anything. if its a jdm one then you have to extend it at the part that goes through the fire wall to the ecu.

again sorry for flipping out

i have found a bunch of links on the 1jz swap....been looking all day for good useful links on a 2jz swap but my internet is so damn slow (hugesnet, i live in the middle of nowhere). if anybody could possibly post some good links or pm them to me i would GREATLY appreciate it. trying to do my searching but this internet makes me want to shoot myself in the head haha.

fwiw i will be ripping the engine out of my car tomarrow to get the swap started, so im not wasting anybody's time.

thanks!

Like 5sp_jzz30 said, if it's the USDM harness for a Supra then there's no need to extend the main wires. If it's the JDM Aristo harness, then you need to extend the wires going into the main cabin. However, you'll still need to rewire the body plugs to use in the SC unlike with the 1jz swap ...
