Mark sells a complete kit with the turbo/wastegate/bov/ic/oil line kit/dp/dumb tube/and small screws and stuff for $1300. I got the turbo/bov/wastegate from ssautochrome for $300 then the rest i peiced together.
WOW! Took a couple hours today to get a mock build in. Took me an hour to get 1 exhaust bolt off!!! The 2nd one that connects to the midpipe stripped so i have now idea how im going to get it off!!! Suggestions??
I just made an amazing discovery! I was looking for my boss on my upper oil pan and to my discovery, ITS PRE DRILLED!!!! The hole is 3/4 drilled, all i have to do is punch it through. AND, the screws are ALREADY DRILLED AND TAPPED!@#! This is so awesome, it will take me like 30 seconds do get my drain line drilled and set up! Also, intercooler and pipes came intoday The ebay diy kit is a PERFECT FIT! All you need to do is cut a couple of the pipes and move some stuff in your car and it will fit just fine!
Just letting you know. While this "ebay" kit might fit, it isnt the correct way to do things with an intercooler piping setup. You usually try to stick with only two peices, the hot side, and the cold side so you only have 4 couplers (turbo to pipe, pipe to intercooler, TB to pipe, pipe to intercooler). This will eliminate many problems down the road. If you end up with a boost leak you will have to check every little thing. Also, those couplers are CRAP!.. They might work for "mock" up.. but you really need 3 to 4 ply couplers for boost applications. Worm clamps are usually ONE time use only, and they are junk after that. I wouldn't put them on anything besides a filter or water/vac line any ways. Buy T-bolt clamps and do it right.
My cold side isnt going to have any couplers, its all going to be welded together. My hot side is giong to have 2 couplers. I have already bought a set of 20 tclamps, 3" to 2.5" ply coupler for the tb and 2 2.5-2.5" ply couplers for the intercooler to piping. The hose clamps that come with the kit are clearly kitchen made crap, i wouldnt ever thing about trying to run those things. Especially if my pipes didnt have lips. Oh, i also got a 2" - 2.5" ply coupler for the turbo to piping. Only thing i dont know about now is which way im going to do my oil feed setup. Sandwhich plate, is300 union bolt, or T into the oil sensor.

I knew that the template was there, I didn't realize the screw holes were already tapped?

You will still need ic piping, all electronics, and some other little things but it is a good kit. Lot of people are opting for the xspower kits and are running them with awesome numbes and they're holding up very well. To this date not one turbo manifold has cracked.
