Default 1jz boost problem.. help

i just got my car running not long ago.. i have a 1j, greddy fmic, extend harness. 2jzgte plugs, walboro 255 and apexi twin chamber. and the pump is consist power. idling is an issue, the engine will fire right up then in about 40 sec it will die out, but it will fire right back up again and do the same again. and when i rev it, it rev smooth, with dark color smoke. and when i hit boost on the road it boogs down. what can be the problem!?!?! please help

if you have black smoke coming out seems like you are running wayy too rich.

what can be the cause of running too rich?? o2 sensor? because my o2 plugs is broken when i got the motor, so right now the o2 is not hooked up! or constant power from the fuel pump? the pressure too high for the fpr?

o2 sensors can cause that, not being able to moniter it from lean/rich vise versa can maybe put the system in rich at all times.

Make sure all cylinders are getting fire so your not just dumping fuel in the chamber w/o spark.

yea i would say its because of the o2 sensor... why are alot of people running their cars without? i thought they were necessary to run the car correctly? yea, just try plugging in the o2 and getting it in and running right...

lol wtf......your ecu pulls the fuel maps based on what reading it gets from sensors such as the oxygen sensors....running an oxygen sensor is simply not an option. Plug those ***** back in.

anyone got a picture of the plug for the o2 sensor?!!? the wires are ripped from the plug, and i cant trace it back which wire is for which hole. i try to plug it in with my best knowledge.. gold male plug is for blue.... and the rest i just guessed. and now the car fires up then dies, it wont hold idle. and when i play with the throttle it'll rev, but as soon as i WOT the engine BOOGS, i have to tap the pedal to rev. exhaust keeps shooting flames. what the hell is wrong with it... someone please help me......

also check the map sensor wire connection to the ecu. Did you extend your ecu wires.
