Default Time for T-Belt...Some Questions

After surfing the forum and reading all the great posts I have a list of stuff to replace.

Here is list of parts to replace is this accurate?

1. idler bearings (2)
2. tensioner bearing (1)
3. T-belt of course
4. crank seal
5. cam seal
6. water pump

My somewhat local Toyota dealer quoted me like $380 to change the T-Belt for a SC400 doesnt this sound a bit odd or REALLY low? That includes parts and labor but nothing with waterpump or any seals or bearings. I asked the local Lexus dealer and they quoted me $650 for T-Belt work and that JUST the T-Belt none of other things listed either. So I should assume and hopefully correctly I can order the same parts above thru Toyota dealer and of course save $$$ and have them installed?

7. caps and rotors, since they need to be removed to change the cam seals anyway.

8. wires and plugs, couldn't hurt.

Toyota dealer is much cheaper (in general) for labor. I would reccomend pricing parts at both Toyota and Lexus to see who is cheaper. Some parts are Lexus only and may cost more if the Toyota dealer needs to get them from Lexus.
