Default Karmen sensor (92 SC400)

I was reading around, and apparently the 7M maf works for the newer SC4's, but what about us Karmen guys?

I was thinking about a SAFC because I know you can use the in's and out's setting to change maf's (that what I did for my s14 when I first turbo'ed it), but would this work for us karmen guys?

it doesnt matter how your thing reads the air, they all convert it to the signal the ecu uses. so the safc should work fine with it, the only thing you need to concern yourself with is the maximum amount of airflow it can read. someone correct me if i am wrong here.

i believe the 7m-gte uses a karman vortex type maf exactly like the sc300 ones.
if your going with a safc i think you can tune for a bunch of different maf setups, but if you dont have a fuel controller, 7m-gte is direct replacement for the sc300 karman maf (sc400 might be slightly different).

Thanks for the info! I'll do some research on part numbers on the sc4/sc3 karman's then.
