Default had head gasket set done now problem

i hope sombody can sum this up for me, i had my head gaskets done, and now when the car is fully warmed up and ready to go the rpm needle is on 1 and the motor sounds like im pressing on the gas, should it be like that? and when i put it in reverse or drive it jumps now is this because of the high rev? nd when i do put it in reverse or drive my rpm drops really low like next to 0 (zero) and my car starts shaking. and since he did the job should he have done a tune up. i hope somebody can sum this up for me thank you

It sounds like he has your throttle misadjusted. More than likely he did not put your throttle positioning sensor back on correctly. Start there.
