Default boost controller

I bought a hks boost controller and was wondering where to hook the vacuum lines to? Has anyone installed an electronic boost controller like this before?

I would go to HKS web site and see if the instructions are on there. You'll need to connect to the waste (one of many connections) i'd find the instructions for your EBC

I have the manual but it is really unclear to me where to hook it up. I know one line goes to thewastegate and another goes to the ic piping but am unsure where the other line goes? Someone has to have an electronic boost controller installed on their car.
