And why not the 46020 one in case a shop tries to pawn one off on an SC400 owner? From the looks of them they are exactly the same. What are the differences between the two I wonder? Maybe one is for 1991-1996 year 400's and the other is for 97+?

Now for myself, I'm a 1993 SC400 with of course an automatic trans. So that means the "12371-50030" is the one I want too?

The 12371-46020 is for 92-00 sc300 Auto.
