1) search theres a few threads about this topic
2) BEST>. i wouldnt know the best... nor would u wanna fork up the money to pay for the best

but i am using NGK Iridiums.. and they are like 8 bucks a pop... (sometimes can cost 10 bucks) but yea.. i love em :]

search button! but yeah, if you search around you will find that ngk are highly rated. dont go with the 2/4 prong plugs, the more contact points you have the more eratic the spark (or so i read a while back)

NGK iridiums for sure... but then again, you gotta change it out sooner than the plats.. which is a pain since it takes soo long to change the plugs... but i guess the more you do it the faster it gets. repitition is king!!
