Running stock 15.7 quarter mile... Help me drop that into the 14s
I ran at the strip last night 15.7 quarter mile with my 92 sc400. The car is bone stock right now and I was wondering what modifications it would take to get it running in the mid to low 14s.

I would recommend the 4.27 differential from an SC300 auto. It is a 100% direct swap that can be done in an afternoon with jackstands and a jack. It alone dropped 0.3-0.4s from my times.
I would also just get a 75 shot of nitrous. That would get you into the 14's all day. And even a high mileage 1UZ should be able to handle a shot of nitrous every now and then when you get track time.

S&S Headers. Google them. They run $600. It is a hell of a deal for the power you gain.
You will need to either delete the cats or relocate them, since the headers extend a couple inches further than the stock logs. In reality, a complete exhaust system from the headers back to an X-pipe and a pair of mufflers on 2.25" would make the most sense if you were requiring the exhaust surgery for the headers alone.

230whp/260wtq puts you on par with most modern V8 automatic sport coupes in terms of power output and performance.
Mandrel bent piping likely bought Scott a small handful of that torque by itself. His 10.4 compression 96-97 V8 also gives him a slight edge over the 92-95 engine from the go. But, with the BFI and full exhaust from the headers back, I would expect numbers in that ball park.
