Default My SC300 NA-T done. Pics and vid

Hey guys I dont post much but wanted to thank all the forums I visit(supraforums, clubna-t, clublexus) for all the info and help on my quest for NA-T. I am just going to copy and paste this thread to post on all the forums.

I decided to try the blow through set up with my karman MAF and so far with some SAFC tuning it is running strong at 6psi of boost. All the work was done by myself, including fabricating the complete exhaust system.

Mods include:
-SSautochrome manifold(I welded on another T4 flange to clear the dizzy with 4" intake)
-T70 chinese turbo for now(measured, comparable to Master power T70. 4" inlet)
-60mm wastegate(HKS knock off, v-band welded onto manifold)
-XS Power 4" core intercooler.
-all custom intercooler piping. 2.5"
-tial knock off 50mm BOV
-mk3 440cc injectors and resistor pack
-TT headgasket
-ARP headstuds
-Full custom 3.5" downpipe into 3.5" exhaust that splits into dual 3" at the back through Magnaflow race series mufflers.
-255LPH fuel pump
-Apexi SAFC
-Zeitronix ZT-2 wideband
-Prosport premium series electronic gauges(boost/oil press/water temp) in custom carbon fiber bezel

There are a few more pictures in this photobucket link here:

I took a real quick/crappy video on the way home from work today, the sound isn't the greatest from where the camera is sitting but you get the idea!

Thanks again and I wish everyone else luck with their projects!

So far so good. I have only had the car on the road for a few days, and yesterday was the first time going full throttle, but at 6psi its pulling good and staying rich...we will see what happens when I crank the boost!

Thanks I am really happy with how the exhaust turned out! Not too loud, very deep tone.

I love the 2JZ no ****! sticker, I hear that all the time from my friends. Car looks so sleeper from the outside, I love it!

Did you make the ash tray gauge holder or did you buy it somewhere?

Yes there is some compressor surge. Once I raise the boost if it is still there I will replace or modify the BOV spring.

Congrats, sounds really good.

Here's a nice way to use a camera while driving, if your camera is small enough. You could fit the camera under the passenger headrest, tie it around the headrest with the strap that comes with it.
