Default tt 5spd auto attatched to a 1uz

my friends transmission was slipping bad on his sc400 so we took the bell housing off of the 1uz's tranny and swapped it with the one off of the 2jz tt's tranny bolted it all up and it slid right in we swapped out that back section that bolts up to the drive shaft aswell if it works with automatic trannies with all those sensors my question is woul you be able to swap like a 6spd manual onto the 1uz???

Yes it's possible but you need a custom adapter plate. They exist though, cost a pretty penny if I had the cash I would definitely hook a V160 to the 1UZ.
