Default broke it : (

acouple days ago my clutch started slippin and now its pretty much burned up. my sc300 is pretty much undriveable now seeing as how i cant even make it up a hill. also now when i turn on my car its makes a loud grinding noise when the engine is turning over, its sounds like im trying to start the car when its already started. i have already ordered a stage 3 aftermarket clutch and im wondering if it would be a good choice for a daily driver. and do i need a new flywheel to fix the grinding noise my car makes when starting?

Who's the manufacturer? They all have stge 3's and theyre all way different. Its sounds like an agressive one. If you have some kind of turbo'd monster, then youll need it. Otherwise, your just taking away the drivability of the car.

3,4,5,6 puck clutch disks, are chattery and grab quickly. Regular disks are more driver friendly.

I have a centerforce dual friction and will recommend it in every last clutch thread that's made on this site.

I have a ACT with a 6 puck sitting on the work bench. They chatter i little bit but who has time to worry about chatter when the wheels are spinning
