TRAC ticking, ticking, ticking

TRAC ticking, ticking, ticking
Alright, this is a little weird, but I tried searching and got none.
When my keys are in the ignition to ACC, I hear a "click, click, click" for like maybe 5 seconds and it's gone. Right after that happens, my TRAC light on my gauge turns on. I am assuming my TRAC doesn't work right now.
Any ideas anyone? I tried to bleed out a nipple on a canister I read up somewhere on the forums, but no pressure at all.
After hearing those clicks, I just went to my hood and pulled the TRAC fuse off. But right now, I am on a mission to find out what is really wrong with the ticking.
Any input or suggestions? Thanks in advance
