Well It's too late I payed them already cause i need the car for tomorrow cause i am going on a trip I planned 3 weeks ago. Also I said it soundes like misfires never said it was! And like you said 2JZ SC the TRAC wires burnt to **** so that was why my car was not pulling hard and that is why it was idling rough! The wires from the emissions were burnt aswell and they played a part in kinda back firing which to me sounded like misfiring.

Thank you guys for trying to help but i really needed the car for tomorrow otherwise I would of went in and tried to fix it myself! Anyone know where i can get a dealership car manual with wiring schematics and possible a diagnostics computer?

I just bought the 2 vol. set of shop manuals and electrical wiring diagrams manual on Ebay for my SC300. Just do a search, they pop up every so often. Not sure about the diag. computer, still looking for a good one.
