I just bought a 1992 sc300 auto and car runs great aside from when I'm driving 40 mph and over and i hit bump the car feels like weight comes of front end and steering wheel turns hard right and sometimes *** end goes violently left to right maybe that is whole other issue but it is scary as hell not to have control and i love my sc aside from that car is bad ***

Does it feel like it pulls hard right from front end or just steers right when you hit the bump? Several things it can be and you should either checkout all steering and suspension components yourself or have a shop do it. One common problem is the rear toe arms, you can be driving along and make a minor change and the car will steer the car from the rear due to slack in one or both of these arms, it is pretty violent when it happens. The problem can show up without warning, if the car takes an impact it can bust the plastic bushings in these arms and get slack that was not there just previously. But, this is only one example of what it can be, it could be a tie rod, control arm, etc., you really need to get this checked.

check out all the control arms and bushings like said. lower control arms in the front and the toe arms in the rear, and all the other arms in the rear.
or take it to a shop and let them have a look on the rack, if its as bad as what you are saying it should be easy to spot what's worn out or broken.
