it prolly bypasses the coolant route through the throttle body...but u can do that yourself easily

The TB bypass eliminates the coolant flow through the throttle body.
It might reduce the temperature of the TB by a few degrees.
You could do it yourself for easy and cheap.
Not much to lose, not much to gain either.
