Does anyone know where I can find a 1jz or a 2jz and which one do you prefer

I prefer a 2JZGTE. You can find them in our "SC300/400 Classifieds" section from time to time. Or you can also expand your sources and try looking at other forums such as the Supra Forums. There are numerous toyota junkyards and JDM motor carriers that have them. Just look around. If I had the money and I wanted either a 1JZ or a 2JZGTE I'd be able to find one lickity split!
