SC300 2JZGE into SC400 - Search Problem
Hello,
I'm having a problem finding a thread that showed what was needed for a 2JZGE swap into a SC400
Right now i have the following parts on the way just trying to find what else i need.
2JZGE Motor
2JZGE Motor Mounts and Trans Mount
2JZGE Auto Trans
2JZGE Wire Harness
2JZGE ECU
2JZGE Radiator
Can anyone think of anything else i'm missing? Do I need to find the driveshaft? I was also looking to see if the harness would just plug into my stock harness on the SC400 anyone know?
Thanks,
Michael

I work for a company that builds turbo kits. I'm going to go NA-T on it. I thought about doing a turbo kit on the SC400, but we are slammed right now. I just need to make sure i have everything before i tear apart, i can't remember if the harness is PNP or not.

The car i'm going to swap is this one. http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/car/333271454.html , i'm not sure if i'm going to do the swap yet for sure, or just buy an SC300. I miss my old white SC300 though. =(
I'm debating on selling the 400 though, unless I find out the interior harness is the same.

JR is very nice, yea he is doing an awesome job on your SC, that car is very nice!
The AEM is going to be awesome, your going to be able to control boost, run AIT (no maf) and control everything through the AEM even the trans!

I wish i could find my answer about the interior wiring harness on the SC400. I'm almost positive they are the same. I'm going to be picking up all the stuff this weekend for my swap, so we will see how that goes =X

Engine Swap
Did you have any success with your engine swap? I am thinking about swapping my engine for a 1JZ. I have a 95 SC 400 and located in Portland Oregon.
