Default huge noise when shifting from Park to Reverse

Whenever I shift from Park to Reverse, I hear this very loud "TONK!!" noise. It only seems to happen from Park to Reverse, when I go to Reverse to Drive it doesn't really make that big of a noise. Is this normal? Or could this be the result of a worn out Transmission Mount?

It could be the transmission mount as you mentioned or it cold be the motor mounts as well. How many miles do you have on your SC?
