starting tearing the sc300 apart, emptying the engine compartment. found a 1jz soarer clip from this outfit____tigerjapanese.com in canada. clip is 2700, plus shipping. does that sound right, has any deal with this company before.

Isn't 2700 a bit steep? I heard of people getting 1jz's for around 1-1.5k

you can find motor / trans / ecu for $1000 or less... no need to spend $1700 on the piping and intercooler...

soarer clip on the way. its a little pricey, but probably the most complete ive found. just order a walpro, mk3 drive shaft, home depot kit for the throttle cable fix. i will be posting some issues and pics as it progress. i am hoping u guys would jump in and give lessons. beers on me when u guys hit the twin cities. i got rid of the whole stock exhaust system due to rusted. need some fast ideas to get it running temperory before the performance muffler shop. goal is a 3 inch with performance muffler with no cat, no emission up here
