Default piggyback SC400 1uz-fe ??? ??? ??? ???

hey guys I am looking for some sort of injector control. i've been looking at the emanage and safc. I dont want to spend much money (lees then 400) for a ecu setup. I have also searched and found that some guys have had horror stories with the emanage on the 1uz. i will be turbo charging my sc400 at about 8 psi and i decided that i didnt want to use a AFPR but rather a piggyback. what do you guys think i should use that is reliable and reasonable in price. thanks

map ecu 2 controls both fuel and timing. for around $700 so, you're saving money sort of by not having to buy a separate ignition controller plus you'll have the advantage of MAP tuning.

Unichip and Perfect Power SMT-6 and SMT-7 can control anything in the stock ECU you want to do.

Map ECU is limited.

The injector or ECU control is going to be the least of your problems trying to Turbo Charge the SC400.

go with the SAFC it is simple easy to understand and proven to work, the Map ecu 2 is new and I havent heard of anyone actually running one on a 1uz yet.

Again I dont know of anyone that has actually gotten one to run with a 400, Ihavent even heard of anyone trying.

The SAFC works though, I used it with the RMM SC and with a Turbocharger

Perfect Power SMT-6 or SMT-7

These units are capable of a ton of stuff, Piggy back, stand alone, timing, nitrous controller, fan control, ect. $400 - 500. Don't use a SAFC, very limiting.
