Default Rear end Bearings making noise.

My car only has 33,000 miles (sc3) and the rear end is already making noise.

When I got up under the car, the rear housing is saturated.

Before I bought the car, it sat for along time. I had one guy look at it, and he thinks that I have a bearing going out. (its a very faint hum from the rear)

As I started thinking more about it.....I think its just a seal that went out.....and the rear end is probably dry.!!!!!

Im going to have him replace the Left, Right and Front seal, and leave the bearings alone.

I cant believe Im going thru this with 33K.......but do you think I should have the bearings changed as well?
What else should I be aware of?

I dont want to have to replace the rear end......thats $$$$$
