Help Locating coolant drain ****
Yes, I have done a search but I am still unsure as to where this stupid thing is!

Can anyone can confirm w/ me that this is the location of the draincock below?
It looks like a bolt was there, but is missing.
EDIT: ERRR, I meant to say drain plug, srry for any confusion.
