ODB II Question (emissions)
Ive got a 99 SC300 VVT-i. My car needs to get an emission inspection every 2 years, which also includes the on board diagnostic port getting a scan to look for any trouble codes.
The problem is, if I decide to do a motor swap(2JZ) do I need to get an ODB II ecu/motor, and if I do, does it need to be a VVT-i motor/ecu.
