Default How to reset ECU

Does anybody know how to do this? I've searched, but most of what I'm finding is people telling others to do it, not much how-to. My car is driving wierd all of a sudden after letting my buddy learn manual on it so I'm thinking this might solve a problem or two.

just remember to drive the car how you would normally drive it after you replace the fuse so it can tune to your driving style; no need to baby it around. Also, it may run rough for a little while since it will be learning how you drive along with aclimate itself to the current climate and altitude characteristics so dont be alarmed if it acts funny for a few days.
