Default manual trany diffrences...

are there different toyota/lexus manual tranys that will bolt/spline up to 2jz -gte. is the supra trany the r154? is the r154 the only manual trany that will fit the gte? is the manual trany that comes on the na 2jz a r154? if there are different manual tranys what are the diferences. (probly gearage but are any an "easyer" swap?)
answers would be cool.
iv searched and i got every single post...

not to sound rude, but if you searched you would have found a ton different info than what you gave us. the w58 is the manual trans that comes with the na supra and sc3. you can use the v160/161 which are the supra 6 speeds that came on the tt's and a rare few na's in japan. the r154 is out of the soarer tt and mk3 turbo. the shifter is in a different location for the mk3 and has to be extended to fit into the shifter hole. all of these will fit up with the correct bell housings for the motor. i made a write-up on this info also.
