IS300 header on a 95 SC300?

IS300 header on a 95 SC300?
I know that IS300 headers will fit on an SC300 but I need to know if there will be any interference due to the fact that my SC is a 95 and is OBDI and the IS is OBDII. Do you guys think there will be any problems?
